This fill level does tend to have a little more complications than that of the smaller variety. The larger the implant gets the more of a possibility that sagging in the future can happen. It also leads to a greater tendency for a rippling affect to happen since the skin is pulled when the breasts sag and the edges of the breast implant will be visible.



Sometimes a plastic surgeon can give the patient an overfill option. In most cases an overfill of the breast implant will give the patient a better feel and can reduce some of the complications like rippling or deflation. The patient should be made aware though that their warranty on the implants can become null if the overfill option is used.
